The union of Master Patissiers of Valencia has presented the “Fallas” official bonbon, a piece that recalls the firecracker called “Tro de Bac” , visually similar to this typical explosive and that, in the mouth, offers a surprisingly experience full of flavour, with explosive textures and native ingredients. In particular the fig paste, principal responsible of the explosive texture that this bonbon has in the mouth.

The “Fallas” bonbon has been created by Miguel Ángel Señorís, master patissier and professor in the School of Pastry Making, for who this bonbon represents a complete experience, that can be enjoyed through the eyesight, smell and taste, without forgetting the explosion that its crispy texture provides to the mouth. It is presented in a wood-box that has 6 unities, and it can be purchased in the associated establishments to the Union that are in Valencia.
