Dulce Giménez has spent one decade developing this traditional confectionery project located in Chiva (Valencia), that comes from a family history that goes back to the first half of the last century and which she currently shares with her husband, Rafael Tomás Blay Cubero, third generation of master pastry chefs. They are the drivers of a new model of personalised attention and event management through the production of cakes, sweets and pastries on-demand, bringing together the knowledge of traditional production with contemporary aesthetics. Her paternal background – her father is a fine art artist and her mother a traditional costumes dressmaker – has driven this graduate in Business Science to the modelling of fondant, candy tables, gift gourmet and personalised sweets.
