Thi company was funded by Julián Camacho and Antonia Sanchis in 1983 in a small office where they delivered bread located in Manises. Four years later, they purchase their own bakery and started their handmade production. In 2011, they decided to introduce lean manufacturing techniques, and at the same time introduce the “kamban” system, labelling and developing their own management system of production to speed their service and reduce the need of refrigeration equipment.

Due to their reorganisation, they started to take part in the community sector of entities, such as Grupo Savia, Ferrovial or Grupo Hospital Quirón, among others. Nowadays, they intend to become the first artisan bakery to obtain the ISO22000 certificate of Food Safety Management.
