This is a family business created by Francisco Escobar in 1993 and that keeps its traditional roots against those meat and meat derivative products of department stores. They have strengthened their identity focusing on handmade elaborations with top quality products, encouraging weekly tastings and keeping a natural scent in the store —natural herbs— and adjusting the light depending on their meat products and the time of the day, this way they can assure a complete sensorial experience.
